Students at the watchmaking school perform maintenance and repairs on customers’ watches as part of their curriculum. Our service times are longer compared to industry stores.
We can only accept a limited number of timepieces each academic year, and these quotas fill up quickly once we start accepting them. First-year students maintain mechanical wall clocks (pendulum or weight-driven clocks). Second-year students work on pocket watches, and third-year students focus on wristwatches. Unfortunately, our curriculum does not cover the repair of cuckoo clocks or American pocket watches.
Due to parts availability, we cannot accept all watch brands. Micromechanics students also manufacture parts as part of their customer work.
