Opening Hours
The office is open Mon-Thurs from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri 9 am to 12 pm during the 2025-2026 academic year.
The office is closed during school holidays:
13.-17.10.2025 Autumn holiday (week 42)
20.12.2025 – 6.1.2026 Christmas holiday (weeks 51-52)
16.-20.2.2026 Skiing holiday (week 8) Entrance exams 14.4.2026
15.5.2026 Friday after Ascension Day
The reception and delivery of customer work is on Monday’s between 9 am and 16 pm.
